This program provides sign language instruction to families of Deaf and hard-of-hearing infants from birth to three years of age.  All classes are taught by Deaf instructors and are free to all families who meet the eligibility criteria.  This program is funded by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.  The rate of referrals is increasing as time passes and the program has made a significant and positive contribution to the lives of these very young children.
